Reflecting the terroir of the Gunung Tilu region, this coffee displays bright acidity, sweetness and complexity, while innovative anaerobic processing enhances its vibrant tropical fruit character and aromatics. The cup reveals notes of pineapple and ripe fig, layered with rich chocolate sweetness and a lingering finish.
