At Paradox Coffee Roasters our people are an extension of your people. With skills in barista training as well as business education, we build strong and enduring relationships with our café partners and use a structured Account Management process. This ensures that every partner is supported prior to launch, during launch and continues to be supported on our journey together.

Specialty & Contract Roasting

Paradox roasts on Brambati Roasters out of our Seven Hills NSW facility. Our roasting team comprises Australia's most experienced Green Bean buyers, Roasters, and Trainers to ensure consistency with every roast, from small batch to larger scale demands.

Whether you're after a simple label or fully customised packaging, Paradox Roasters can contract roast blends to your specification and offer private label solutions tailored to your brand’s needs.

Sharing Our Knowledge

Our Paradox motto "For the People" sees us sharing our passion with our wholesale partners, holding cupping and education sessions at the Paradox Labs or our partner's own site, guiding them through the process of selecting the best for their customers, and it with the knowledge and skills that guarantee customer engagement and loyalty.

The Paradox Training program involves Café Setup, Barista Espresso Fundamentals, Latte Art and Alternate Brew Methods. For larger café groups, a Train the Trainer program is also offered.

Equipment

Specialty coffee deserves specialty equipment to get the highest quality coffee, consistently. We have a range of specialty brands e.g. La Marzocco, Rancilio and Victoria Arduino.

All our equipment is kept in good shape with a service maintenance schedule so you don’t have to be concerned about when your next service will be performed. All equipment is tested prior to installation to ensure coffee is running perfectly from day one.
