When will I receive my order?

We use various couriers and delivery services based on your location to ensure you receive the freshest coffee for your brews. These services generally deliver within 1-2 business days from pickup to capital cities (longer transit times for regional areas). Please refer to your tracking email for up-to-date delivery information for your order. 

For all machinery orders we ship utilising various couriers. Please enquire at time of purchase for a delivery schedule and we’ll be happy to help.

 

How do I know when my order has been shipped or is ready for pick up?

We offer both home delivery as well as pick up from our Roastery in Seven Hills, New South Wales.

For local pick up, your order is ready when you have received an email from us to say your order is completed and ready for pick up. 

For home delivery, you’ll receive an order completion email with tracking details for you.

 

Do you ship Internationally?

At this point we don’t. If you’re desperate for our coffee send us an email to orders@paradoxroasters.com and we’ll see how we can help though.
