You can earn Paradox Rewards Points by:

• Shopping online at Paradox Coffee Roasters
• Purchasing a home or office coffee subscription
• Following Paradox Coffee Roasters on Instagram or Facebook
• Referring a friend
• Celebrating your birthday

Points are earned as follows:

• Spend $1 = 1 point
• Home or office coffee subscription customers = 1.25 points per $1 spent
• Follow Paradox Coffee Roasters on Instagram or Facebook = 50 points
• Birthday reward = 250 points
• Refer a friend = 500 points

Points are automatically calculated at checkout based on your eligible purchase amount.

Shipping fees, taxes, refunds and excluded items do not contribute towards points.

Make sure you’re logged into your Paradox account before completing your purchase so your points are added.

No. There is no limit to how many points you can earn.

Redeeming your points is easy.

Log into your Paradox account and visit your Rewards Dashboard. Once you have enough points, select your reward and apply it at checkout.

Yes. Rewards can be redeemed on eligible home & office coffee subscription orders.

Yes. Home & office coffee subscription customers earn 1.25 points per $1 spent.

No. The Paradox Rewards Program currently applies to online purchases made through Paradox Coffee Roasters only.

Points cannot be earned or redeemed through Paradox cafés, wholesale accounts or café partners.

No. Rewards Points are only earned on eligible product purchases.

Shipping fees, taxes and other charges are excluded from points calculations.

Rewards Points are not earned on:

• Shipping fees
• Taxes
• Gift cards
• Wholesale purchases
• Refunded or cancelled orders
• Any items or promotions excluded by Paradox Coffee Roasters

If an order is refunded or cancelled, any points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.

If you used points towards a purchase that is later refunded, your redeemed points will be returned to your Rewards account once the refund has been processed.

Your points will expire after 6 months of account inactivity.

To keep your points active, simply continue engaging with Paradox Rewards by making purchases, earning points or redeeming rewards.

Share your unique referral link with a friend.

When your friend makes their first eligible purchase using your referral link, you’ll receive 500 Rewards Points.

Absolutely.

There is no limit to how many friends you can refer. You’ll receive 500 Rewards Points for each friend who completes their first eligible purchase using your referral link.

Yes. Your friend must use your unique referral link when placing their first order for the referral reward to be tracked.

Your referral points will be added to your account once your friend completes their first eligible purchase.

Add your birthday details to your Paradox account and we’ll send you 250 Rewards Points during your birthday month.

Birthday rewards are only available to customers who have added their birthday information 30 days before their birthday.

Rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions unless the applicable discount or Reward is eligible for combination at checkout.

Paradox Coffee Roasters reserves the right to update, modify or discontinue the Rewards Program, including rewards, points values and program benefits, at any time.

Any changes will be communicated where applicable.
