Tanzania AA is the country’s highest coffee grade, produced by smallholder farmers living in the Southern Highlands of Tanzania. This region offers ideal climate and soil conditions at altitudes of 1700 to 1900 metres above sea level, creating the perfect environment for high-quality coffee cultivation. Flowering occurs between September and October, and great care is taken throughout the production process to ensure the best possible outcome. The AA grade reflects strict sorting standards based on bean size and quality, resulting in a clean, complex cup that highlights the dedication of the farmers and the unique characteristics of the region.
