How It Works

Choose the delivery schedule that works best for your team.
Weekly (once a week) - Save 20%
Ideal for bigger teams and offices that go through plenty of coffee.
Fortnightly (every two weeks) - Save 15%
A great choice for smaller teams or lighter coffee drinkers.

Select from our range of blends.
Choose one blend or multiple different blends across your order.
For Colombia Decaffeinated Coffee, a minimum order of 4 x 500g applies.
3. Customise your order
Choose your quantity and grind preferences to suit your office needs.
Add a few extras
You can also add tea, chai, drinking chocolate or syrups as a one-time purchase with a bonus 10% off. Extras are added to your current delivery.
4. We deliver
Sent from our roastery, your coffee arrives at your workplace on your chosen schedule. With your subscription there's always another delivery on the way so you never run out.

As a starting point, we recommend around:
- Small team: 2kg per week for 5 to 7 people
- Medium team: 5kg per week for 16 to 20 people
- Larger team: 12kg per week for around 40 people

Yes, you will need coffee equipment to brew your coffee. We’re happy to help if you don’t have any equipment. We have a range of options we can talk through based on how much coffee you and your team will go through. Give us a call on 1800 849 335 or email us at orders@paradoxroasters.com.
Office subscriptions start at 2kg per delivery.
Office subscriptions are pay-as-you-go, with deliveries every 1 or 2 weeks as initially set up. Cancel anytime.
You’ll be charged each time a delivery is processed, based on your chosen frequency (every 1 or 2 weeks). Invoices will be sent to the email address used to set up the subscription.
Weekly office subscriptions receive 20% off, while fortnightly subscriptions receive 15% off.
Yes. You can build your order by choosing multiple blends.
Yes. You can add tea, chocolate powders, chai and other office extras to your delivery. If you’d like to include these as part of your ongoing weekly or fortnightly order, contact us at orders@paradoxroasters.com.
Office subscriptions automatically qualify for free shipping as each delivery is over $40.
Log in to your account, go to “Payment Methods,” and add or update your card details. You can also remove an old payment method from this section.
Invoices are sent automatically after your order has been placed for each delivery.
Managing your subscription is easy. Log in to your account, click on “Subscriptions,” and from there you can skip or reschedule your deliveries. You can also cancel at any time. We’re here to help if needed. Contact our customer support team and we’ll help make any changes for you.
