Meet the incredible team behind Paradox Coffee Roasters

This is Daniel, our NSW State Manager. He has a passion for the connections that coffee fosters among people and a commitment to supporting and mentoring our wholesale customers. Always eager to assist, support, and please, Daniel approaches his role with dedication and a constant smile.

How did you get started in the coffee industry?

I needed a job during high school and after, so I got a job in a café. I learned coffee from there and have enjoyed it ever since.

What do you love about coffee?

Coffee brings people together; it builds relationships and partnerships. Whether in good times or bad, it’s suitable for all occasions. I also love the various flavours found in coffee and the intriguing process behind its production.

Favourite coffee right now?

Currently, I am drinking El Salvador Geisha. It’s a sweet, gentle coffee that still has nice tropical fruits right the way through.

Fun fact about yourself?

I worked on a ship for 2 years as a deck hand—painting, wire brushing, cleaning, etc. I traveled around the world on a ship that was older than the Titanic.
