PANAMA AUROMAR PACAMARA NATURAL

The Brenes-Eleta family runs Panama Auromar in Renacimiento, Chiriquí, producing exceptional coffee on a sustainable farm that supports the community through education, water initiatives, waste management, and infrastructure projects. Situated at 1500–1530 MASL, the farm is shaded by endemic trees and high-altitude Hass avocados, creating a cool microclimate that protects the coffee cherries and extends the harvest._ Cherries are hand picked at peak ripeness, cold-fermented for three days, and slowly dried on African beds for 21 days._ Famed for its large beans, this coffee is sweet with a flavour profile of strawberry, yellow nectarine, and watermelon.

RWANDA GAKENKE NKARA PEABERRY

This coffee comes from the Nkara Washing Station in Rwanda’s Gakenke District, managed by the Dukunde Kawa Cooperative, which unites 130 smallholder farmers. Their care and expertise uphold Rwanda’s reputation for exceptional specialty coffee. Nestled in a scenic valley, the station benefits from warm days and cool mountain evenings, allowing coffee cherries to develop with balanced sweetness and clarity. Ripe cherries are handpicked, pulped, fermented for 12–18 hours, washed, and slowly dried on raised tables. This cup is clean and vibrant, revealing a profile of delicate jasmine, juicy plum, rich dark chocolate, and subtle green tea notes.

ESPRESSO

ETHIOPIA GEDEB HALO HARTUME NATURAL

Halo, one of the largest coffee growing areas in Gedeb, Ethiopia is renowned for vibrant, high quality coffees grown at high elevations. The Halo Hartume Washing Station collaborates with 170 smallholder farmers, with plots at elevations of 1925 to 2110 MASL. Coffee cherries are delivered within 40 minutes of picking to preserve freshness. For this natural lot, ripe cherries are carefully sorted and sun-dried on raised beds, allowing the beans to develop their signature complexity. Roasted for espresso, this coffee produces a layered and expressive cup with bright citrus, sweet berries, and subtle floral undertones, reflecting Halo’s unique terroir.
