Coffee
The New Kiriti Farmers Cooperative Society unites 560 smallholder farmers and is known for producing high quality Kenyan coffee using methods that emphasise sustainability and quality control. Cherries are harvested at peak ripeness, pulped the same day and fermented in open-air concrete tanks for 24–48 hours. After fermentation the beans are thoroughly washed and soaked for 12–72 hours and spread on raised beds with regular turning to ensure even drying.
Kenya is renowned for producing coffee that delivers a complex and bold profile with bright fruit flavours. Discover layered flavours of sparkling apple, red currant, lime and brown sugar in this this beautiful cup.
