Ethiopia Gedeb Halo Hartume Natural

Halo, one of the largest coffee growing areas in Gedeb, Ethiopia, is renowned for vibrant, high-quality coffees grown at high elevations. The Halo Hartume Washing Station collaborates with 170 smallholder farmers, with plots at elevations of 1925 to 2110 MASL. Coffee cherries are delivered within 40 minutes of picking to preserve freshness. For this natural lot, ripe cherries are carefully sorted and sun-dried on raised beds, allowing the beans to develop their signature complexity. Roasted for espresso, this coffee produces a layered and expressive cup with bright citrus, sweet berries, and subtle floral undertones, reflecting Halo’s unique terroir.
