Ingredients:
200g Kenya Cold Brew
30g thickened cream
2.5g vanilla extract
10g full cream milk
10g strawberry syrup
Ice Cubes

Tools:
Mixing bowl
Electric whisk

Method:

Making the Kenya Cold Brew:
Follow brewing instructions for best results.

Strawberry cream:
Pour cream, vanilla extract, milk, and strawberry syrup into a jar or bowl.
Whisk with an electric whisk until a slight foam forms.

Combining:
Pour Kenya Cold Brew into a glass with ice and top with strawberry foam.

200g Kenya Cold Brew @ $35/kg - $1.40
30g Cream @ $8.39/L - $0.25
10g Strawberry syrup @ $8.67/L - $0.09
Vanilla extract @ $10/150ml - $0.16
Full cream milk @ $1.60/L - $0.02
