Ingredients:
2 teaspoons Pistachio paste
30g thickened cream
10g milk
44g Berries & Cream Christmas Blend double espresso shot
45g milk
15g maple syrup
Ice Cubes

Tools:
Espresso machine
Mixing bowl
Electric whisk

Method:

Making the coffee base:
Extract a double espresso using the Berries & Cream Christmas Blend.
In a glass ¾ filled with ice, add milk, espresso, and maple syrup.
Stir gently.

Making the foam:
In a bowl or small jar, combine thickened cream, pistachio paste, and milk.
Whisk until light and airy.

Combining:
Pour pistachio cream over the coffee and garnish with crushed pistachios.
