This exceptional Colombian coffee is grown in the South Tolima region, located within the Natural Reserve of Las Hermosas. This area is renowned for its breathtaking beauty, abundant water sources and rich biodiversity. Meticulously processed using the washed method, the ripe coffee cherries are picked and pulped on the same day. They are then fermented for 18 to 26 hours, washed three to four times, and dried on covered patios or rooftops for 8 to 15 days. This coffee is wonderfully smooth and balanced with notes of nectarine, pistachio and maple.
