Paradox Coffee Roasters "Poker Face" Instagram Photo Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility: The competition is open to all Instagram users residing in Australia. Participants must be aged 16 years and over. Employees of Paradox Coffee Roasters, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or involved in setting up the competition shall not be permitted to enter.
2. How to Enter: To be eligible for the competition, participants must:
4. Prizes: The winner will receive a 1-year supply of Paradox Coffee Roasters Poker Face blend. Total of 12 x 1kg bags of coffee delivered over 12 months. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prize is not transferable.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen based on creativity, originality, and adherence to the theme. The winner will be announced and notified via direct message on Instagram within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.
6. Right to Enter: By entering this competition, participants grant Paradox Coffee Roasters the non-exclusive, royalty-free rights to use, modify, display, reproduce, and distribute any photos submitted. Entrants confirm that each individual depicted in the entry photo has given permission for their likeness to be used in this manner.
