ORDERS

We use various couriers and delivery services based on your location to ensure you receive the freshest coffee for your brews. These services generally deliver within 1-2 business days from the date of  your order completion email. 

For all machinery orders we ship utilising select couriers. Please enquire at time of purchase for a delivery schedule and we’ll be too happy to help.

We offer both home delivery as well as pick up from our warehouse in Seven Hills (Sydney, NSW). 

For local pick up your order is ready when you have received an email from us to say your order completed and ready for pick up. 

For home delivery you’ll receive an order completion email with tracking details for you.

At this point we don’t. If you’re desperate for our coffee send us an email to [email protected] and we’ll see how we can help though. You just never know!

We sure can simply choose your grind preference when making your purchase and that’s how you’ll get it!

Each of our coffees has the recommended brew methods that we suggest for that particular coffee. If you’re after a different brew method, get in touch and we’ll help you out, [email protected] 

When you receive your tea, you will have specific brew parameters for that tea on the packaging, making it simple and easy to brew the perfect cuppa.

CAFE

We’re generally open all public holidays for restricted trading hours. Will advertise these hours on our Instagram and Facebook pages leading up to the public holiday so always check there!

We’re lucky to have a big space with lots of room! We don’t require bookings, however, for groups of 10 or more we’d suggest that you give us a call to book so there isn’t a waiting period. You can reach us on 07 5538 3235

Yes, we’re fully licensed.

Yes, we aim to cater for allergies. If there is something you require outside of the menu please let you our staff know and the Kitchen will do its best to accommodate your needs.

When will I receive my order?

We ship all small orders by Australia Post using Standard Post (2-5day delivery) at a flat rate of $8.

For all machinery orders we ship utilising select couriers at a flat rate of $30 for all NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC and TAS deliveries and $50 for all WA, SA and NT deliveries. Please enquire at time of purchase for a delivery schedule and we’ll be too happy to help.
