  2. Information on prizes and how to enter the Paradox Fellow Aiden Precision Coffee Maker Giveaway forms these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
  3. The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read and accepted the stated Terms & Conditions of Entry.
  4. This competition is open to Australian residents 18 years and older.
  5. The competition will commence on Tuesday 1st October 2024 at 12:00 am AEST and close on Sunday 17th November 2024 at 11:59 pm AEST.
  6. Entry to this competition is open to Australian residents only. Entry excludes employees and their immediate families of Paradox Coffee Roasters, Bombora Coffee and Water Supplies, Fellow Products, and related companies.
  7. How to Enter: To enter the Campaign, participants must submit an entry using the online form provided at this link. All required fields, as specified in the entry form, must be completed to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries or those that do not meet the giveaway criteria may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Paradox Coffee Roasters. You may submit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person using different email addresses, phone numbers, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules will result in disqualification. Any attempt to use fraudulent methods or otherwise breach the rules may lead to removal from the giveaway at Paradox Coffee Roasters sole discretion. By entering, you agree to sign up for our newsletter. You must remain subscribed to the newsletter at the time of the draw to be eligible to win.
  8. The Paradox Fellow Aiden Precision Coffee Maker Giveaway prize includes:

    The total prize value is $1055.66.

  9. The draw will take place at Paradox Coffee Roasters, 3/167 Prospect Highway, Seven Hills, NSW, 2145 at 03:00 pm AEST on Monday, 18th November 2024 by random selection from all eligible entries.
  10. The winner will be contacted via the email address on Monday, 18th November 2024.
  11. The Winner has 30 days from the time of notification to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed within this period, Paradox Coffee Roasters reserves the right to select an alternate Winner.
  12. The competition winner decision is final and binding. As such, no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. No part of a prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash, or transferable unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter.
  14. The Aiden Precision Coffee Maker and Fellow Grinder may vary from promotional images.
  15. Single Origin Coffee varieties may vary from image.
  16. Paradox Coffee Roasters reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value if the prize is unavailable.
  17. No entry fee is charged by Paradox Coffee Roasters to enter the Promotion.
  18. If for any reason the winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by Paradox Coffee Roasters, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
  19. The prize winner(s) agree to the use of their name for publicity and competition purposes, without compensation.
  20. Paradox Coffee Roasters shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  21. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery of the prize from the date the winner is drawn. Prizes will be sent to the delivery address provided by the winner. Paradox Coffee Roasters and prize suppliers will take no responsibility for prizes lost or damaged in transit.
  22. Entrants’ personal information will be collected by the Promoter. Personal information will be stored on the Promoter’s database. The Promoter may use this information for future marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the entrant electronically.
  23. Paradox Coffee Roasters reserves the right to alter the rules of the competition at any time.

Entry and continued participation in the Promotion is dependent on the entrant following and acting in accordance with the Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities.
