Tamirat grew up farming coffee with his family and now manages his own four-hectare farm at 1,980 metres above sea level. Ripe cherries are carefully hand sorted and slowly dried on raised beds for around 21 days, bringing out the vibrant fruit and floral character of the coffee. A sweet and juicy espresso with ripe blueberry and tropical mango, complemented by bright bergamot and smooth dark chocolate.
