Ethiopia Guji Gera
This washed lot is comprised of coffees grown and processed in the ‘kebele’ (village) of Gera in Ethiopia’s Jimma Zone. This coffee was processed at the Gera Washing Station owned by a family-run exporting company that manages quality control and operations at the 500 hectare estate. This lot is made up of freshly picked cherries from over 850 local coffee growers. The coffee cherries are grown at an altitude of 1860 – 1990 MASL, maturing gradually in the cool climate and yielding a profile that is sweet with depth and complexity. This limited edition filter roast shines with flavours of oolong tea, peach and apple blossom.
