Kenya Mara AA

Kenya Mara AA

This unique naturally processed AA micro-lot is from the Mara Estate, located in Narok County, Kenya. Established in 2019, this young estate has a reputation for helping local farmers as well as looking after its own workers, providing free medical and childcare.

Located at a high elevation with a flat terrain and dry climate, this estate has ideal conditions for producing exceptional quality coffee. This lot was processed using a four-day barrel fermentation method, before dried on raised beds, giving this coffee its bright fruity and sweet flavour notes. The AA grading of this coffee means that it is one of the finest specialty coffees in the world. Enjoy the taste profile of green apple, the flavour of candied lemon and hints of blackberry in this delicious cup.

Papua New Guinea Baroida Estate

Papua New Guinea Baroida Estate

The Colbran family have been farming exceptional coffee in the eastern highlands of Papua New Guinea since 1960.

This Baroida Estate natural lot was meticulously processed, keeping intact the full coffee cherry throughout fermentation and drying. The quality of this estate coffee is enjoyed in its clean flavour profile of dark chocolate, rich cherry and sweet buttery pastry notes.

Rwanda Kawanziza

Rwanda Kawanziza

Kawanziza is a group of smallholder producers that have collectively decided to market their coffees as smaller select lots, while still sharing resources, labour and supporting each other during busy harvest periods. The name ‘Kawanziza’ translates to ‘beautiful coffee’ in their local Kinyarwanda language.

Each lot is processed separately, which is a departure from conventional coffee aggregation. As a result, farmers are focused on producing the very best coffee to achieve a high reward.

This satisfying lot delivers a complex and clean profile, with crisp tasting notes of yellow peaches, plum and grilled pineapple.
