Located in southern Minas Gerais, Santuário do Sul is a farm dedicated to staying ahead of market trends. Luiz Paulo is a disruptor in the Brazil coffee scene, challenging tradition by importing over thirty exotic varieties of coffee plants since 2017. Sudan Rume is a rare and low-yielding coffee variety from the borderlands of Sudan and Ethiopia. The natural extended fermentation has produced a delicious result with notes of strawberry, passionfruit, vanilla and walnut. It has an excellent cup quality and this lot has performed superbly in a new Brazilian environment.

Gil Cesar de Melo is a third-generation coffee producer. He planted his first six hectares of coffee in 1995 and has since expanded his farm with a focus coffee quality and preserving the environment. His dedication has been rewarded by the rich soil in the Cerrado Mineiro region and perfect climate allowing him to produce consistently fine quality coffee. You will love the delicate fruit and clean structure of this small lot. Developed to a light espresso roast it can be enjoyed as a milk-based or black coffee.

Kenya AA Top is one of the finest and well-loved coffees. Few other origins can produce a washed coffee so rich in flavour and deep in intensity, making Kenya AA a constant favourite. This high-altitude lot is from Giankanja Washing Station in Nyeri. Farmers receive fantastic technical support and training aimed at increasing their crop yield while reducing dependency on fertilizer or pesticide. Rich in flavour with a bright and refreshing acidity, this coffee delivers notes of lime, peach and cocoa.
