PASSION FOR FLAVOUR!
We love exploring unique single origin coffees and developing just the right roast profile for the flavours in the
coffee to shine. This month enjoy the intense fruit notes of kiwi, stone fruits, and nashi pear in our Limited Release
Indonesia Sumatra Asman Arianto. Our Costa Rica Tarrazú Tirra Estate has a delicious profile of crisp apple with
plum notes and smooth milk chocolate, and our Colombia Tolima Las Hermosas is wonderfully smooth and
balanced with flavours of nectarine, pistachio and maple.
INDONESIA SUMATRA

is from Aceh Tengah in Northern Sumatra, Indonesia. Arianto is the
founder of the Gayo cooperative that unites over 350 coffee farmers
in the region, providing training in cultivation and processing to
achieve high quality lots. Using innovative processing techniques
to amplify the coffee’s flavours, this natural processed coffee is a
departure from the traditional wet hulled process. With a beautiful
complex profile, delicate citric acidity and intense fruit notes of kiwi,
stone fruits, and nashi pear, this exceptional lot is redefining
Indonesian coffee.
COLOMBIA TOLIMA
las Hermosas
This exceptional Colombian coffee is grown in the South Tolima
region, located within the Natural Reserve of Las Hermosas. This
area is renowned for its breathtaking beauty, abundant water
sources and rich biodiversity. Meticulously processed using the
washed method, the ripe coffee cherries are picked and pulped on
the same day. They are then fermented for 18 to 26 hours, washed
three to four times, and dried on covered patios or rooftops for 8 to
15 days. This coffee is wonderfully smooth and balanced with notes
of nectarine, pistachio and maple
COSTA RICA TARRAZU

municipality, which has optimal soil and climate to produce some of
the world’s finest coffees. The estate is owned by the CoopeTarrazú
cooperative, known for its dedication to environmentally sustainable
farming practices and community education programs. Coffee
cherries are picked at peak ripeness, pulped, and immediately
sealed in steel fermentation tanks for four days before dried on
raised African drying beds. This natural processed coffee delivers
crisp apple and plum notes, delicate wine-like acidity and a
delicious flavour of smooth milk chocolate.
