This truly special limited release features a never-before-seen process on a fairly unusual coffee variety. The Vinhal farm is known for producing outstanding coffees with sustainability at the forefront using innovative processing methods. Topazio is a Brazilian variety arising from Red Catuai and Mundo Novo. This coffee has been fermented twice before pulping and dried as a honey, an extended and risky process. The flavour developed is unique, making this lot an essential experience for anyone exploring the world of coffee.

Located in northwestern Minas Gerais, Cerrado features a unique microclimate perfect for cultivating coffee. Inacio Urban is a pioneer farmer who has been farming for over 45 years. This special lot is one of Brazil’s prized traditional varieties, Yellow Bourbon. The bright yellow cherries are beautiful to see on the farm and in the mill, providing a balanced body and lovely natural sweetness in the finished coffee.

Second generation farmer Miller Bustos has produced coffee for over 20 years, with a focus on the celebrated Pink Bourbon varietal. This stunning Pink Bourbon has undergone a 120 hour anaerobic natural ferment prior to drying, delivering an amazing bright flavour and excellent cup quality. With a full body, bright acidity and rich after taste this cup has delightful notes of watermelon, stone fruit and blood orange.
