PANAMA HARTMANN ESTATE

PANAMA HARTMANN ESTATE

The Hartmann family have cultivated specialty coffee in Chiriqui Panama since the 1900’s. Founded by Luis Hartmann, his estate is now owned and managed by third generation family who continue his legacy of producing exceptional coffee.

This Black Honey edition from the Hartmann estate is juicy, sweet and delicious. The coffee cherries are pulped, leaving as much mucilage on the coffee as possible, and then dried on raised beds for up to three weeks. Our roast profile delivers a balanced acidity and accentuates the beautiful fruity flavours of this origin coffee.

Anzueto has implemented lot separation, experimental processing methods and quality control processes to ensure his coffee is of an exceptional standard.
