NEW: LIMITED RELEASE SINGLE ORIGIN SERIES THIS APRIL

COLOMBIA EL DIVISO TABI NATURAL

Brazil Santuário Sudan Rume Natural Fermented

This exceptional release is produced by Jose Uribe’s El Diviso Farm in Colombia’s Hulia region. Jose’s sons are actively involved in the farm, experimenting with processing methods to preserve the quality of the coffee and to create unique flavour profiles. With a strong commitment to sustainability, the family keeps 5 hectares of natural flora and fauna that surrounds the coffee plantation.

El Divisio has a reputation over recent years for producing fantastic releases and this lot is no exception. This Tabi variety has undergone an extended and complex natural fermentation process, that delivers a well-structured coffee with sweet and delicious ripe fruit flavour notes.

EL SALVADOR CUYANAUZUL HYBRID NATURAL

Brazil Espigão Natural

Jose Guillen, owner of the Cuyanauzul Estate Farms, has partnered with the Processing Methods Bootcamp to produce a series of experimental process coffees. This offering is a hybrid process comprising both aerobic and anaerobic fermentations which result in a well-structured cup with vibrant acidity and rich fruit flavours.

KENYA RIAKIBERU AA

Kenya Gianknaja Aa Top

This AA Top Lot is representative of the brilliant quality coffee grown in Kenya, and the reason it remains one of the world’s premier origins. This fully washed coffee is sourced from the Riakiberu Coffee Factory, part of a group of 1500 farmers in Murang’a County, southwest of Mt Kenya.

It is perfect as a filter roast to best showcase the impressive body, sweetness and intensity of the big flavours it delivers. With rich notes of blackberry, caramel and pineapple, it is an outstanding coffee for everyone to enjoy!
