Our Costa Rica Finca Sonora Natural is from an unusually cool micro-climate in the Central Valley, resulting in a coffee similar to those of higher altitude regions. The Sarchimore variety performs well in this environment, producing cherries with high sugar levels, perfect for the natural process. Careful roasting is required to fully develop the delicate fruit flavours of the dense beans, while preserving the tart acidity. You’ll enjoy the layered complexity of this special coffee with its intriguing fruit notes and deep body.
