The long wait for new season Kenya is finally over. Sourced from the Kirinyaga district, this micro-lot is from farmers that belong to the New Ngariama Cooperative Society, located on the slopes of Mount Kenya. Coffee from this cooperative is known for its high quality, intensity, complexity, and amazing taste profiles. Bursting with rich, dark berry flavours, this beautiful fruity coffee is loved for its full body, deep chocolate, and sweet blackberry notes. A perfect filter brew for anytime of the day.
Colombia Andres Guaca Pink Bourbon Carbonic Maceration
With a passion and expertise in coffee production that spans three generations, coffee farmer Andres Guaca with his wife and two sons own Finca Guacobia. Andres produces high quality specialty coffee in small bespoke lots. This requires risk, knowledge and hard work, to achieve a greater reward for a comparatively small crop.
This rare and exotic Pink Bourbon from Hulia is time processed using the Carbonic Maceration technique, where coffee beans are processed for 64 hours in a sealed tank fed by carbon dioxide gas. Appreciated for its beauty and complexity you’ll enjoy the wonderful fruit flavours of watermelon, tangerine and raspberry in the cup.
