Colombia Pink Bourbon Natural
Our featured Pink Bourbon Natural is another exceptional microlot from our friends, Rodrigo Sanchez and his wife Claudia Samboni in Huila, Colombia. What makes this coffee special is the simple natural process. The full coffee cherry is dried prior to de-pulping to develop the flavour and acidity inside the coffee bean and release the concentration of natural sugars.
Experience in the cup the clear, lovely fruit flavours and structure of this Pink Bourbon, that is lightly developed for filter brewing.
Costa Rica Granitos Ortiz Red Honey
The Granitos Ortiz farm and micromill owned by the Calderon family produces excellent high-quality coffee that continues to be a regular feature in our Paradox single origin collection. This lot is processed using their signature Red Honey method, which enhances the character of the acidity in the coffee, while boosting body and sweetness. Careful roasting of the dense beans is required to preserve the delicate flavours, which are ideal for black espresso beverages.
Colombia La Floresta Natural
Nohora Sepulveda de Zambrano has been around coffee her entire life. At 73 years old, she runs her finca La Floresta with a little help from her two sons, also coffee farmers with land close by. Nohora generally produces washed coffee using traditional methods but has experimented with this small batch of natural process. We love the rich berry and tropical fruit notes, and we think you will agree, her experiment is a great success!
