Paradox Coffee Roasters “Father’s Day” Instagram Competition Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: The competition is open to all Instagram users residing on the Gold Coast in Australia. Participants must be aged 18 and over. Employees of Paradox Coffee Roasters, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or involved in setting up the competition shall not be permitted to enter.
- How to Enter: To be eligible for the competition, participants must:
- Follow @ParadoxRoastersCafe on Instagram.
- Like the competition post on @ParadoxRoastersCafe Instagram page
- Tag three friends in the same post
- For additional points share the post to your stories
- Entry Period: The competition starts on Friday, 23/08/2024 and concludes on Friday, 30/08/2024. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
- Prizes: The winner will receive a Father’s Day pack containing 200g of our Limited Release Father’s Day Blend, two pairs of our brand-new Paradox For the People socks (white & navy) and our Paradox Smile Fellow Rocky Lowball 10oz Tumbler. Prizes are not transferable.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random. The winner will be announced and notified via direct message on Instagram within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.
- General: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By participating, entrants confirm they release Instagram from responsibility and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.
- Data Protection: Personal data shared during the entry process will be stored securely and will only be used for the purpose of the competition. Data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

- Governing Law: The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
