Terms and Conditions – Easter Golden Ticket Giveaway

The Promoter is The Seven Weeks Trust T/A Paradox Coffee Roasters. ABN 89 982 743 720.

Eligibility & Entry

• This competition is open to Australian residents aged 16 years and older.
• Employees of Paradox Coffee Roasters and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
• By entering, participants agree to be added to Paradox Coffee Roasters’ and associated email lists and databases.

Competition Period

The competition runs from 7th March 2025 to 24th April 2025.

Entry Method

To enter the Promotion, the entrant must, during the Promotional Period, purchase a 200g Easter Blend coffee from the Paradox online shop at paradoxroasters.com/limited-release-easter-blend-200g

• Upon receiving their order, the entrant must check if a Golden Ticket is inside their delivery.
• If the entrant receives a Golden Ticket, they win a prize pack valued at over $135.
• If the entrant does not receive a Golden Ticket, they are not a prize winner.

Golden Ticket Selection

• 10 Golden Tickets will be randomly distributed in 200g Easter Blend orders during the promotional period.
• Golden Ticket winners will receive a Golden Ticket Prize Pack.

Prize Details

Each Golden Ticket Prize Pack (valued at over $135) includes:

• Paradox Tumbler
• Paradox Long Sleeve T-shirt
• Chocolate Covered Coffee Beans
• Paradox Cooler Bag

Winner Notification & Prize Claim

• Winners must email [email protected] to claim their prize.
• The email must include the order number and name.
• Winners must claim their prize by 8th May 2025 (two weeks after the promotion ends).
• If a winner does not claim their prize within this time, it will be forfeited.

General Conditions

• The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• Prizes are not exchangeable, redeemable for cash, or transferable.
• Paradox Coffee Roasters reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if unavailable.
• Paradox Coffee Roasters is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets or any technical malfunctions during the promotion.
• Winners agree to the use of their names for publicity purposes without compensation.

Privacy

• Entrants’ personal information will be stored in the Promoter’s database and may be used for future marketing.
• Personal information collected during the promotion will only be used for administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
